1. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically require up to 2 business days for processing before shipment. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or US holidays.
If you selected an express shipping method, please note that the processing time still applies. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping option selected.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also track your order status by logging into your account at zapposji.com and visiting the “My Orders” section.
3. Do you ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories?
Yes!
- Standard Shipping can be sent to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories.
- USPS Priority Shipping is used for Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and US territories.
- Express shipping options (2-Day and 1-Day) require a physical street address and cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (5-10 business days): $5.99
- Priority Shipping (5-8 business days): $9.99
- 2-Day Express Shipping: $24.00
- 1-Day Express Shipping: $38.00
Standard shipping is available for all contiguous US addresses. Priority and express services offer faster delivery with an additional fee.
5. What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Because we work hard to process orders quickly, we are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

6. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date.
Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached (for apparel items).
Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Shipping fees for express services are non-refundable unless the carrier causes a delay.
7. How do I start a return or exchange?
You can easily start a return or exchange by visiting our online returns center at zapposji.com/return.
Simply follow the guided steps to initiate your return, choose your preferred return method (prepaid label or drop-off location), and submit your return request.
8. When will I receive my refund or exchange item?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as your returned item is processed.
9. What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem and make sure you are taken care of.
10. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Zapposji ships only within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and US Territories.
For international purchases, please contact our customer service team to inquire about possible solutions.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
