Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Zapposji, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process.

If Purchased at Zapposji.com:

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
Holiday orders placed between November 1st and December 31st will have until January 31st to initiate a return or exchange.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Apparel items (such as clothing or hats) must be unworn, unwashed, and have hang tags still attached to qualify for a return or exchange.

Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an email notification confirming your refund or your new exchange order.

  • For Exchanges: You can shop our website using the return value as store credit. If your new item costs less, we will refund the difference. If it costs more, you will be prompted to enter payment information securely.
  • Shipping Charges: 2-Day and 1-Day shipping fees are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.

Important:

  • Returns cannot be mailed to our facility without prior approval through our returns system.
  • Zapposji is not responsible for any merchandise not purchased directly from our website or any non-Zapposji products returned mistakenly.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

To start a return or exchange, visit zapposji.com/return and follow these steps:

  1. Enter your Zapposji.com order number found in your confirmation email or packing slip.
  2. Enter the email address used to place your order, or your phone number or shipping zip code.
  3. Select the item you wish to return. If the item cannot be selected, it may be outside the return window or already in process.
  4. Choose to exchange for another item or opt for a refund back to the original payment method.
  5. Select your return shipment method:
    • Box and Ship It: Create a prepaid label to print, package, and drop off at a carrier location.
    • Drop Off at a Return Bar: Generate a QR code for in-person, package-free return at a Happy Returns location.
  6. Confirm your details and submit your Return Request.

Once your request is approved, follow the provided instructions to return your item. Upon receipt and processing of your return, we will complete your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Return Policy for Apparel:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original hang tags attached.
  • Apparel must be in original condition as received.

If Purchased In-Store or Through Another Retailer:

If your Zapposji item was purchased in a retail store or through another online retailer, please return the item directly to the original place of purchase.
If that is not possible, contact our customer care team. We may offer an exchange for a product of equal value with valid proof of purchase.
Items must be clean, unworn, and free of damage as determined by our team. Refunds are not available for items not purchased directly through Zapposji.com.

Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sites (e.g., eBay, Poshmark) are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty.
