Shipping Policy

At Zapposji, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your orders to be processed before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. This includes express shipping options. Any order placed with an express shipping option must be delivered to a physical shipping address.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping – 5-10 Business Days – $5.99
Available for customers within the contiguous United States. This service combines ground networks with final delivery typically handled by the U.S. Postal Service. If you have a PO Box, please enter your PO Box as the shipping address.

USPS Priority Shipping – 5-8 Business Days – $9.99
Our priority shipping option for customers in Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and US Territories. If applicable, please use your PO Box as your shipping address.

Express Shipping

Please note: Express shipping refers to the time-in-transit only and does not include processing time. Orders must be placed by 1 PM ET to ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays.

Express options require a physical address and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

  • 2-Day Express – $24.00
    Your shipment will arrive within 2 business days after the order is processed. Example: An order placed by 1 PM ET on Monday will arrive on Wednesday.
  • 1-Day Express – $38.00
    Your shipment will arrive on the next business day after the order is processed. Example: An order placed by 1 PM ET on Monday will arrive on Tuesday.

Important Notes:

  • Express shipping fees are non-refundable unless a delay is caused by the carrier.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for express orders.

Zapposji currently ships within the USA, including APO and US Territories.
